Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Charges

All orders shipped domestically within the United States will have a standard $15 shipping charge. Orders of excessive weight and/or size (greater than 35lbs) may incur an additional shipping and handling fee. In this case, we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss the shipping options
